The lot is not on or adjacent to N State St. There is a street platted that was not developed. The street name is Jackson St. that appears to be about 200 feet adjacent to and off N. Start St. It is a drive into the an unplatted area that end in front of this lot.This is on the east side of N State St across from the Gobles school parking lot. Some small trees have grown up and obstructs the drive into the lot but can be accessed on foot. An excellent no neighbors building site!
